Module 1: BUSINESS MASTERY

The objective of Business Mastery is to assist you in developing not only a business plan, but more importantly, a business mindset.  You will identify your strengths and what we refer to as your personal “area of excellence.” With this, you will create a plan designed specifically around your personal and business objectives and learn to set achievable weekly objectives.

Module 2: LEAD MASTERY

The objective of this module is to develop a lead generating system to create an abundance of leads.  You will learn highly effective lead follow up, and become proficient at lead generation methods designed to create a consistant and predictable stream of high quality leads.

This module shows you the key elements of the sales process.  There are four steps to mastering what we call Strategic Influence:

  • Preparation
  • Investigation
  • Education
  • Recommendation
  • This module will also explain how to effectively role play.

Module 3: SALES MASTERY 

The objective of Sales Mastery is to help you overcome conditions and handle objections without fear allowing you to achieve more sales.  You will also develop a unique value proposition that will set you apart from your competition.

Module 4: LISTING MASTERY

This module walks you through a 10 Step Listing Process from lead conversion to setting the appointment and ultimately the listing presentation.  You will become proficient at obtaining more listings through systematic professional preparation and effective listing presentations.

Module 5: BUYER MASTERY

This module demonstrates how to take a buyer inquiry, convert it to a lead and ultimately, an appointment.  This module also reviews Buyer Agency and Asking for the Order.  The objective of Buyer Mastery is to convert more inquiries to transactions by following a system that provides more value to the client.

Module 6: CUSTOMER MASTERY

This module focuses on creating positive, memorable experiences for your clients.  You will also create a value proposition to communicate your unique contribution and bring continuous value to your clients’ lives.  The objective of this module is to help you create and increase customer loyalty.

Module 7: WEB AND INTERNET MASTERY

This module will inform you of some of the key elements of an effective and productive website that conveys the presence your business requires.  The key objective of this module is to assist you in communicating your web/internet needs to a web developer and search engine optimizer.

Module 8: FINANCIAL MASTERY 

The objective of Financial Mastery is to assist you in developing habits that will create financial independence.  You will set up 7 bank accounts and create monthly profit and loss statements for your business and personal life.

Module 9: SELF MASTERY

The objective of Self Mastery is to assist you in developing a productive week by dividing your day into personal activities, productive activities and administrative activities.  It will help you understand the importance of time blocking.

Module 10: FINAL MASTERY

This module will make you aware that commitment is what makes things happen in life.  The objective of this module is to help you understand the importance of commitment.  The exercises are designed to improve your commitment of all your activities.
